Shapin' Up and Slimmin' Down!

Ahhhh....I went up 1 lb. this week! Honestly, I got a little lax about what I was eating. I'm doing better this weekend, but I know that we'll be eating richly for Christmas, too. However, I can tell that my jeans (that are 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear) are getting looser, so that is some good news! I'm really trying not to pack on the pounds over Christmas, though. Hold me accountable! :)

  1. I'm trying to think of things to fix for Christmas that are good, but healthy. I don't want to undo all the good that everyone has been doing. Let's think about some things that might fit that category. I know fruit and veggie trays are going to be part of the meal. You gave me a recipe for healthy brownies that I plan to try. What else would be good?
