How far along are you? 39 weeks!!!
How are you measuring? At my 38 week appointment I measured around 36 weeks, still 2-3 cm dilated, and 75% effaced!
How big is your baby? Well...I had to have a follow-up sonogram done this past Wednesday, and Audrey measured at 6 lbs. 14 oz.
What major developments is your baby undergoing this week? Nothing major - the fat she's accumulating will only help her regulate her body temperature when she finally decides to come!
Heartbeat: 145 bpm - OB always comments that her heartbeat sounds really good which always makes her mommy and daddy feel good!
Total weight gain/loss: +31 lbs
Maternity clothes: 100% in maternity clothes except for a very few things that I only wear around the house.
Stretch marks: I found a few small stretch marks under my belly button. It could be worse...
Sleep: I wake up consistently every 2-3 hours to go to the bathroom. Usually I can go back to sleep, but again I'm consistently getting up for good between 5:30 and 6:30.
Best moment this week: We've had another very low-key week. Michel and I caught an early movie yesterday and went to lunch, so that was a lot of fun!
Movement: She still moves quite a bit, but I do think it's decreased some. She's running out of room in there!
Food cravings: Nothing this week
Gender: A sweet girl! Audrey Grace Zoutendam :)
What I miss: Having more than 5 outfits to choose between (OK, maybe I have more than that, but I am tired of maternity clothes now). Ready to wear my regular clothes - I'll feel like I have a whole new wardrobe when I get back in them.
What I'm looking forward to: Holding my sweet baby in my arms! I've enjoyed pregnancy, but now I'm ready to be a mommy :)
How are you feeling: Pretty good...probably my biggest complaint is that I have developed the "pregnant woman waddle" :) I also have a TON of pelvic pressure, and some pain from baby girl being so far down! At least it just means she's heading in the right direction to exit her home she's had for the last 9 months :)
So excited for you and Michel (and maybe a little bit for me also)! Can't wait to meet her in person.
