Meal Planning Monday

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana Mocha Latte
Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice, broccoli w/cheese sauce
Dinner: Meatloaf, salad

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Granola, banana, coffee
Lunch: Ham sandwich, pretzels, apple, carrots
Dinner: Hamburger Helper, green beans, milk, brownie

Thursday:
Lunch: Bologna sandwich, pretzels, apple, carrots
Dinner: Hamburger Helper, broccoli
 
Friday:
Breakfast: Cheerios, banana, coffee
Lunch: Bologna sandwich, pretzels, apple, carrots
Dinner: Lean Cuisine pizza, salad, milk, brownie
Saturday:
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, Special K protein snack bar
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich, pretzels, applesauce
Dinner: Spaghetti w/meat sauce, garlic bread, salad

Sunday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, banana, coffee
Lunch: Out to eat
Dinner: every man for himself!
